Breakthrough

Breakthrough

Breakthrough works with the most chaotic rough sleepers that may not attend The Cathedral Archer Project.

Our Outreach Project Worker meets them offsite and encourages them to engage with any of the services in the city that could help them take the first step away from rough sleeping.

Managing a small case load, the aim of the Breakthrough Project Worker is to help these clients engage, and take steps such as attend meetings, gain and/or retain accommodation and start to tackle the issues that have previously kept them sleeping rough.

This is a new way of working with this client group and is being monitored and evaluated by Sheffield Hallam University with funding from The LankellyChase Foundation.
