Recently we have been working alongside a brilliant organisation called Keychanges. Keychanges is a Sheffield based organisation designed to support and tackle social barriers for women who have experienced the criminal justice system and those at risk of offending. They work to both support the women and to create equal opportunities for them.
One key aspect of Keychanges work is enabling women into employment. Keychanges set up their PAT testing enterprise as a way of giving women who have experienced the criminal justice system a skill for employment. All monies raised in this way go to providing employment for women who access their services. Keychanges were able to send some of the women in to do our recent testing. The ladies did a brilliant job and we were very thankful.
Michelle Nicholson,Founder and Director said ‘We are encouraged by the support that The Archer Project are supporting this service by having this service completed at their offices in Sheffield. By working together in this way organisations in Sheffield are able to support the clients that are socially marginalised to gain employment.’
