Leaving a gift in your will is one of the most valuable ways you can help support our work with homeless and vulnerable adults in the future. At The Archer Project, we believe everybody has a right to a fulfilling and enjoyable life and there are some important things we can do to help people achieve this. By leaving us a gift in your will you could help us:
Provide a safe space that people can use and where they can access some of the basics of life (food, drink, medical care, showers, and laundry facilities).
Engage with those who come to us and support them in building a more stable lifestyle as part of their journey away from the street.
Help vulnerable adults, who are ready to undertake the challenge to achieve long term employment, initially through our internal supported employment opportunities, such as in our printing social enterprise.
All of this costs money, of course, and you may already support us financially and in other ways. We work constantly to secure resources for the Project from individuals, businesses and funding bodies and are grateful for the generous support we receive.

We suggest using a solicitor or accredited legal advisor to create or update your will; there are also online sites that offer you advice on creating your own will.
It is important that you include our charity number and our address in your will. As well as this, you should also be as clear as possible about what you would like to leave, and the amount.
You may want to ask your legal advisor to keep a copy of your will to ensure that it is stored safely.
