As the country and the city begin to emerge from the pandemic, we at The Archer Project (CAP) are looking forward and are planning a better future. As part of our rebuilding strategy, we want to increase the capacity and diversity of our Board so that our governance structures are strengthened, and our membership reflects more adequately the community in which we operate.
We are looking for Trustees from all backgrounds and walks of life to help us continue to serve the needs of homeless and vulnerable people on their journey to better lives. We are seeking Trustees with experience of the legal, digital, business, health, social care and industrial sectors. Experience of and expertise in human resource management would be of particular value to the Board at the present time.
We particularly welcome applications from underrepresented voices including, but not limited to, hearing impaired or disabled people, people of African and Caribbean heritage, people of Asian heritage and people who are ethnically diverse or have experienced racism. We also strongly welcome applications from people with a lived experience of homelessness or social exclusion by reason of gender, sexual orientation, low income or for some other reason.
If you are interested in applying to become a member of the Board of Trustees of the Sheffield Archer Project, we look forward to receiving your expression of interest via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will send you an application pack.
Should you have any questions or if you would like an informal conversation prior to submitting an application, please contact our Chief Executive Officer, Tim Renshaw: email@example.com.
